Wordlive ( is created and maintained by Scripture Union and is a web based resource that had Bible readings, commentary on those readings in different formats, music, reflections and art all connected to the Bible. It provides the content in different ways too - it’s classic version does the basics, it’s Lectio version some more space and contemplation. It is also available in app form or via a daily email, and it also has space for sharing your own reflections via the community forums or social media. You can also listen to the complete day in audio form.

Pray as You Go

Pray as You Go ( brings together Music, a passage of scripture and a few questions in a 10-13 minute prayer session podcast each day. A new prayer session is produced each day of the week, with a single reflection for the weekend. It is not a ‘Thought for the Day’, a sermon, or bible study, but a framework for your own prayer. Each session lasts between ten and thirteen minutes and combines music, scripture, and questions for reflection. It’s designed to help you to become more aware of God’ presence in your life, listen to and reflect on God’s word, and to grow in your relationship with God. As with the others, it is available in all formats including app and podcast.
